Our multidisciplinary approach brings together deep knowledge of EU business law, energy, mining and gas sectors, and OHADA law, along with a solid understanding of CEMAC and UEMOA regional regulations.

 

We assist clients throughout the project life cycle, from structuring and tender preparation to drafting and negotiating project agreements (PPP, concession, public procurement) and subcontracts (EPC, O&M, PPA), ensuring the successful delivery of each project.
